Below are definitions of some words and phrases that are used on this page:
Accelerated Mobile Pages, a specific embed type for Google's AMP ecosystem.
How old a video is or how long ago it was created.
The region that the video is restricted to and only available in.
The copiable code used to embed the video player into a website.
An open format designed to allow embedding content into a website using a URL representation of the embed code. Requires the STN Video oEmbed WordPress plugin installed on the destination website.
The video headline or content title.
A high-viewability player which floats to always stay in view.
The language of the video; currently, only supports English and Spanish.
A list of videos for showing in the player.
The summary of the video describing its contents.
Previously known as a Story. This video is what will be shown in the player. It is recommended that your video meet the following criteria. Have an aspect ratio of 16:9. Have a width of 640px or more. Be a .avi, .dv, .mov, .mp4, .wmv, .mpg, .mpeg, .m2t, or .m4v video. Be a maximum of 2GB.
This image will be used as the thumbnail when viewing videos in the Publisher's Dashboard. It will also be used in the player's playlist when the video is paused, and as the player background if the player is click-to-play. It is recommended that your image meet the following criteria. Have an aspect ratio of 16:9. Have a width of 640px or more. Be a .jpg, .png, or a .gif image. Be a maximum of 50MB.
The standard <div> + <script> version of the STN embed code.
Similar to the Responsive embed code, except the <script> tag is inside the <div> tag in order to support certain CMSs.
An embed code type that contains only the video key instead of the full embed code. Useful when generating shortcodes for the STN WordPress plugin.

The AMP support for the STN Video WordPress Player Selector plugin also accommodates dynamically switching our player to AMP player for the AMP Plugin for WordPress and AMP for WP plugins. Other AMP plugins have basic support via Inserting AMP Embed code. The current implementation of the AMP player now supports Float with both the AMP Plugin and AMP for WP plugins.
